Refund Policy

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be unused and sealed

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please email us at hello@keebiotics.co.uk before returning your item so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Sale items or gift cards
